Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery

Your orders are prepared within [preparation time] business days after payment confirmation and handed over to our contracted shipping company.

The tracking number for your shipped order is available on your order page and in the notification sent to you.

Shipping costs and any free shipping threshold are indicated in the order summary.

If you notice that the package is damaged during delivery, do not accept it without having a report filed, and notify us of the situation.

Returns

You may return the product within fourteen days from the date of receipt. The product you wish to return must be sent unused and in resaleable condition, together with its box and all accessories.

After the returned product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded using the same payment method within no more than fourteen days. The time it takes for refunds to appear in your account depends on your bank for credit card refunds.

Non-Returnable Products

Products specially produced according to your requests, with modified sizes, or personalized items cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal also cannot be exercised for products whose price depends on fluctuations in the precious metals market.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size of the same item, please contact us within fourteen days from the delivery date. The exchange is subject to product availability.
