Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: [Company Title], [Full Address], [Phone], [Email], [Tax Office and Tax Number].

Buyer: The individual who owns the name, address, and contact information provided during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website. The provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply.

3. Product Subject to the Agreement and Payment Information

The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product are stated in the order summary approved by the buyer and constitute an integral part of this agreement.

4. General Provisions

The buyer acknowledges having read and electronically approved the preliminary information form before placing the order.

The seller undertakes to deliver the product subject to the agreement complete and in conformity with the specifications stated in the order.

The product shall be delivered within no more than thirty days from the receipt of the order by the seller. If delivery cannot be made within this period, the buyer may terminate the agreement.

If it becomes apparent that the ordered product cannot be supplied, the seller shall notify the buyer of the situation and refund the paid amount within no more than fourteen days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the agreement within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product without stating any justification and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal notice shall be made to the seller's contact addresses specified in this agreement.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned together with its box and all accessories in a condition suitable for resale.

6. Circumstances Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially manufactured or personalized according to the buyer's requests, and for products whose price varies depending on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control. Products sold based on the price of precious metals fall within this scope.

7. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
